Brands & Friends delivers across all accessible regions in Lebanon through approved courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed and prepared within 1 business day (often same day during working hours).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Beirut & nearby areas: Same day or next day
• Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days
• Other regions: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, security conditions, public events, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon.

  By confirming an order, the customer agrees to be available to receive the package and pay the confirmed amount in cash upon delivery.

Failed Delivery / Refused COD Orders

If a confirmed order is refused without valid reason, unreachable, or address is incorrect:

• Delivery fees may still apply
• Future COD orders may be restricted or require prepayment
