- Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Brands & Friends offers Cash on Delivery within Lebanon.
By selecting COD, you agree to:
- Be available to receive the order
- Pay the full confirmed amount upon delivery
- Provide a valid address and reachable phone number
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

- Weather
- Security conditions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Events beyond reasonable control
Brands & Friends is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
